Herman, the local celebrity!

We met a local celebrity today! Whille walking around downtown Bend, we came across a ginormous tortoise strolling along the sidewalk. He had quite the crowd watching and taking pictures of him as he made his way down the street. We soon learned this is a common occurence and he even has his own facebook page! Who knew that Herman the tortoise would be so popular in Bend!
