Swim lessons

Tonight we took Little Man to his first swim lessons. Oh. My. Goodness. How cute were those little babies splashing in the water!! T Man (his new nickname) has been loving his bath time and splashing water everywhere, so we knew he'd love an even bigger bathtub. He really seemed to like it, but he spent most of the time taking in the whole scene around him and trying to figure out why there were 20 other people in his giant tub with him. We're looking forward to the next few weeks of swim classes!

Really, Mom?? I think the first 50 photographs you took did a pretty good job of capturing the moment.

Singing, floating, and practicing bubbles with all his new friends!

Spring Break Adventures to Hood River

We ended our Spring Break Adventures by going to Hood River to visit good friends, Nate and Christie. Christie also just opened a clothing boutique in downtown HR, so us girls wanted to go and check out her inventory. The Trunk Show - what a fantastic place! It's such a cute and quaint little shop and we're so excited to go and check out her new stuff as often as we can!

The dressing room was an old phone booth - what a great idea! T helping Mom and Auntie Law pick out the right clothes & accessories!

Spring Break Playdates

We also got to have a few playdates during our Spring Break together. This week has been such a tease for summer - we're counting down the days now!

This was actually the week before Spring Break, but close enough :) We got to catch up with old friends, Shannon, Kaiden and little Kalya, along with Candice, Noah and Silas. I thought it was hilarious that Kaiden and Noah could navigate their moms' iPhones pretty effortlessly to find the games they wanted to play. Again, how times have changed :)

Spring Break with Grama & Papa

Little Man and I took our first solo road trip to Grama & Papa's house this week. Since it's my Spring Break, we got to have a mini-vaca up in Seattle for a few days. Here are some pics of our adventure together:

Thank you Grama & Papa for a great trip!!

*Not pictured - he stood by himself for the first time, quite a few times!! Not sure what it is about Grama & Papa's house, but I feel like he grew up so much at their house! He did so many new things for the first time - I am really starting to see my baby turning into a big boy now!!

Swinger

It was typical Oregon weather the other day, so Little Man and I decided to have an "inside park" day. Here are the fun pics we took - he is such a swinger!

Happy 10 month & St. Patty's Day!!

I cannot believe our sweet little guy is 10 months today. How does the time go so fast?? He warms our hearts each day and we are so fortunate to have him apart of our lives. Here are some more milestones he has reached between 9-10 months:

*My mom gave him a "cruiser" and he loves to push and walk with it all over his play area

*He can "play ball"! He and I will sit across from one another and throw a ball back and forth. He loves chucking it as far as he can and smiles so big as he tries to get it to go in the right direction

*He has liked playing "peek-a-boo" with me for awhile, but now likes to do it himself with his blanket while looking in his carseat mirror. He cracks me up!

*Speaking of a mirror, he LOVES looking, talking and laughing at himself in his full-lenght mirror we have in his playroom. Not sure if he thinks it's another baby, or if he just really gets a kick out of checking himself out :)

*He is such a snuggler and cuddler - I love it!!

* He still has just six teeth - we're waiting for another group to come in soon!

Love his toothy smile!

Such a ham!

Aaaah, cousin love. These two are so cute together, I can hardly stand it.

Change of plans

Erin, Logan, Laura, Amelia, Tristan & I all had plans to meet up this morning for the Shamrock Stride. We really had good intentions, really. But when we woke up this morning to see pouring rain, we realized it wouldn't be as fun to do with our three little ones in tow. Soooo, we decided to meet up for breakfast and then take a trip to the Children's Museum instead. Just as good, right?? Here are some pics of our change of plans:

Out to breakfast with Logan & Amelia - Amelia loves to hold hands with all her little friends!

Curious George, meet Curious George
