Aunt Michelle's bday!

We celebrated Aunt Michelle's bday last night by taking the whole crew to our favorite kid-friendly restaurant in Bend - Jackson's Corner! About 15 minutes into arriving, Tristan fell asleep in my arms. I guess the appetizers partied him out too much :)

The sad, sad birthday cake I made with the kids. Definitely not the fancy red velvet cake I had imagined, but tasted okay. The rookie mistake was putting it in the (off) oven before we left for dinner, which was still a tad too warm. The candles didn't even stand a chance :)
