Happy 9 months!

We now have a mini-toddler on our hands :) Within the past month, she has gone from infant to toddler almost over night! And her personality is definitely shining through! She has much more energy than Tristan ever did and seems to also want her way more than he ever did. She may be a little firecracker! Here are some milestones of our little 9 month old:
* She can take 4-5 steps at a time now. And she "walks" along the furniture effortlessly.
* She loves to talk and babbles all the time. Mainly words that sound like baba, dada or a combination of those. Tristan loves having conversations with her in her own language. Seriously adorable :)
* She's also sitting down with us and eating three times a day. We love having her join us at the table!
* She also had her frist mini-tantrum the other night when we had some friends over. A one year old was playing with her toys and she just about had a conniption. I had never seen her act like that before. And Tristan (once again comparing the two - I'm trying to stop!) never did this this early. I think he waited until he was almost two to have a fit.
* Even though she has had mini-tantrums, she is also full of a fun and loving personality. I think it's fair to say she is full of life! She loves to laugh and will turn your face to look you in the eyes and chuckles, as if to say, "Did you get that joke - hahahaha!!"
* Her nickname has also become, "sissy". Definitely not by any character trait; rather because that was easier for Tristan to say instead of Talia. So it's kind of stuck.

She also LOVES to be in the playroom with her big brother, but has to be constantly supervised as everything goes in the mouth. We both are excited for the day when she can go in there all by herself and play. She's pretty much over all the toys I bring out for her :)
